The sun is shining and the faint sizzling sounds of a BBQ can be heard in back gardens across the UK. With good weather predicted over the coming days, you may be in need of some grilling inspiration and luckily, with many independent grocery stores, restaurants with adapted grocery sections and, of course, high-street supermarkets which are all open and operating in Clapham Junction, you’ll find plenty of mouth-watering recipes and ingredients to get you fired-up this weekend.

1.6kg Aberdeen Angus Beef Brisket

For the sauce
1 onion, finely diced

3 cloves garlic, crushed

300g tomato ketchup

6 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Juice of 1 lemon

25g light brown muscovado sugar

1 tbsp malt vinegar

½ tsp chilli flakes

Ingredients for the souvlaki

800g chicken thighs, remove skin and bones

1 tbsp oregano

1 tbsp herbes de provence

2 or 3 garlic cloves, crushed

1/2 tsp all spice
