Priced at £19 for the vegetarian option or £23 for the classic, the tea is served with a choice of Japanese teas such as jasmine or genmaicha, a green tea with toasted brown rice. Guests can also upgrade with Champagne, a signature KIBOU cocktail or Junmai Tokubetsu sake. For something special, opt for the matcha tea ceremony, with whisked matcha prepared at your table.
