Franco Manca’s new menu features exciting additions that celebrate authentic Italian flavours and fresh, seasonal ingredients.

The spring launch introduces creative new bites, including bruschetta options with a twist, generous sharing platters, and a classic caprese salad that highlights simple, high-quality produce.

The pizza selection also brings something new, from a half calzone to a bold spiced lamb pizza, alongside the signature sourdough base. Looking for something lighter? A whole new range of salads has arrived just in time for spring.

To finish, the new cannoli adds a traditional Italian sweet treat.
