Hype Coiffure's first salon was in Balham in 1995. Since then we have grown to become one of the leading Afro hair salons. Even though we are a known Afro Hair Salon, we also specialise in other hair textures. Our flagship store is located in Battersea and our sister shop in Brixton. In 2016, we were voted 'The Cut' Hair Awards - Best Afro Salon. Our other accolade of awards include Southern Stylist of the year, Natural Hair stylist of the year, Weave stylist of the year, Colourist of the year and Hall of Fame.
