Rosa’s Thai Cafe is the home of modern Thai food, using sustainable and authentic ingredients sourced directly from the farms of Thailand. From a humble street stall on Brick Lane to restaurants across the capital, Rosa’s offers homemade helpings of modern Thai food, courtesy of husband and wife team, Alex and Saiphin Moore. The first restaurant in Spitalfields opened on the site of a typical British ‘caff’ called ‘Rosa’s’, out of respect for the previous owner (and as Saiphin & Alex had no money for new signs), they chose to keep the name. Over the years, Chef Saiphin has also become known as ‘Rosa’ – and so the name keeps being associated with good, honest food.
