Job Role: Labour Councillor and Chief Whip
Sara joins The Junction BID Board in an advisory capacity.
Sara was appointed as an advisor to the Junction BID Board in 2022. Sara has lived in Battersea for almost twenty years, and was elected to serve the community where she lives, Shaftesbury and Queenstown ward, in 2022. Sara also serves as a Trustee for Battersea Arts Centre. Sara now devotes her time to serving the residents of the borough of Wandsworth.
In her professional life, Sara has set up a small business with her husband – now more than ten years strong. Sara's had varied experiences managing small teams as a director of not-for-profits.
