Harvey Jacobs

For the last five years Harvey has worked as the Facilities and Estates Manager at PCS. PCS stands for Public Commercial Services, a trade union of 180,000+ members in the public sector and it is one of the largest businesses in the Clapham Junction area.

In his role, Harvey is actively involved in encouraging staff, tenants and visitors to use and support local businesses while working towards making Clapham Junction a more welcoming and safer area. The role also sees Harvey managing the PCS headquarters building, covering all matters facilities and property management related and any developments. More recently, he successfully let two floors of the PCS building which has brought four new businesses to the area, with over 472 full time staff utilising local services and businesses.

With experience in senior level negotiations, Harvey brings valuable knowledge and experience to the BID team.
