Jonathan Dyson

Originally from Yorkshire, Jonathan moved to London in 1996 and has been a resident of Northcote Road since 2004. In 2012 Jonathan set up and ran the Hamptons International office in Clapham and was later promoted within the Countrywide Group to run the sales side of John D Wood & Co. He is now a Director at Obbard Ltd which offers clients invaluable insight and support in their acquisition, rental, investment and development of some of the finest addresses in London.

Over the last seven years, Jonathan and his wife have almost single handily run the Northcote Business Network, both passionate about making ‘between the commons’ a destination not just for locals, but also for visitors from further afield.

Both his daughters attend the local state schools and so, as a local resident and business owner, Jonathan is fully immersed in the local community giving him unique perspective on the area. Having seen changes to the demographic of Northcote Road over the years, Jonathan is determined to ensure that the businesses and the residents are perfectly aligned to make the very most of what he is proud to call home.
