As we look to expand into brunch offerings, we are searching for a passionate Sandwich Preparer & Chef to join our growing team. Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to take charge of our sandwich preparation and contribute to our evolving menu. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality sandwiches, ensuring food safety and quality standards, and collaborating with our team as we introduce a brunch offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, assemble, and present a variety of sandwiches to a high standard.
• Maintain high levels of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist in developing and testing new sandwich recipes and brunch items.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and well-stocked.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
• Maintain consistency in portion sizes and presentation.
• Take customer dietary requirements and preferences into account.
• Collaborate with the café team to improve menu offerings.
• Follow health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role (café, deli, or kitchen experience preferred).
• Passion for high-quality food preparation and customer satisfaction.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Creative flair and willingness to experiment with new menu items.
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends.

Working Hours & Salary:

• Rotating shifts between 8:30am - 3:30pm.
• Part-time may be available and can be discussed.
• Salary will be London Living Wage, paid monthly.
